Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon Vegetable Oil
  • 2 tablespoons Shallots cut into 1/8-inch dice
  • 1/2 cup White Wine
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream
  • 2 tablespoons Red Lobster's Cajun Seasoning or other Cajun Seasoning of choice
  • 2 tablespoons fresh chopped Parsley
  • 1/4 cup Sour Cream
  • 6 ounces Bay Shrimp cooked, peeled, deveined and tails removed

Instructions

  • Add oil to a sauté pan. Place over medium heat.
  • When oil is hot and shimmering, add shallots. Sauté shallots until translucent.
  • Add white wine. Simmer until reduced by 2/3.
  • Add heavy cream. Simmer until reduced by 1/3.
  • Add seasoning, parsley and sour cream. Simmer 1 minute.
  • Stir in bay shrimp. Cook, stirring, only until shrimp are heated. Do not overcook.
  • Remove from heat and serve.
