Carrabba's Italian Grill Balsamic Vinaigrette Recipe

Yield: 1 Bottle
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup Balsamic Vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Dijon Mustard
- 2 cloves Garlic peeled and minced
- 1/2 teaspoon Kosher Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground Black Pepper to taste
- 3/4 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Instructions
- Add vinegar, sugar, mustard, garlic, salt and pepper to a medium bowl. Mix well with a whisk.
- Once mixed, very slowly add in the oil, whisking constantly.
- Store in a tightly sealed container, in the refrigerator, until ready to serve, up to a week. Shake well before using.
