- 2 boneless, skinless Chicken Breasts or Thighs
- 1 package Grill Mates Chipotle Pepper Marinade
- 3 tablespoons Oil
- 1/4 cup Water
- 2 Lime Wedges for serving
To a small bowl, add Grill Mates Grill Mates Chipotle Pepper Marinade, oil and water. Mix well with a whisk.
Pour mixture into a large sealable container or plastic bag.
Place chicken breasts or thighs into the mixture. Seal and shake to cover completely.
Place container in refrigerator and allow to marinate for at least 3 hours or overnight.
Preheat grill to medium hot direct heat. Oil the grates.
Remove chicken from the marinade, allowing excess to drip off.
Place chicken on the grill. Cook until done on the bottom, about 5 - 8 minutes probably, but check for yourself. Turn over and grill other side until chicken is done all the way through and reaches an internal temperature of at least 165°F.
Remove chicken from grill.
Serve hot with lime wedges.
