Ingredients

  • 2 cups Joe's Creamy Mustard Sauce (See Box Below for Link to this Recipe)
  • 6 Anchovy Fillets
  • 2 tablespoon freshly squeezed Lemon Juice
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 2 teaspoon Lee & Perrins Worcestershire Sauce or other Worcestershire Sauce of choice

Instructions

  • Prepare Joe's Creamy Mustard Sauce according to the recipe linked to in the Box below. Set aside.
  • Add anchovy fillets, garlic, lemon juice and Worcestershire Sauce to a food processor. Purée until smooth.
  • Pour out into a medium bowl.
  • Stir into Joe's Mustard sauce. Mix well.
  • Store in a tightly sealed container, in the refrigerator, for 2 hours or overnight, to allow the flavors to blend, or until ready to serve. Keep in the refrigerator up to 2 weeks.
