Ingredients

  • Three 11-ounce cans Tomatillos
  • 1/2 small White Onion cut into chunks
  • 3/4 cup Cilantro
  • 1 tablespoon freshly squeezed Lime Juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon Sugar
  • 1 1/2 medium Jalapeños seeded, cored and chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients in a food processor or blender. Pulse to your desired consistency.
  • Place, covered, in the refrigerator, for 2 hours or overnight to chill and allow the flavors to blend.
  • Stir. Taste. Add salt, to taste, if needed. Stir well.
  • Serve with chips.
