Ingredients
3cupsHeavy Creamchilled
6tablespoonsPowdered Sugar
1 1⁄2 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
Instructions
Place all ingredients in a large stainless steel, glass or china mixing bowl.
Using a hand whisk or an electric whisk, beat cream to soft peaks. (It is whipped properly when it is still soft and billowy but holds its shape when the whisk is withdrawn.)
Cover and store in refrigerator until ready to use. If it separates slightly, re-whip to restore its thickness.
