Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups Cashews
  • 2 Red Jalapeños stemmed, seeded and roughly chopped
  • 1/3 cup fresh Cilantro Leaves
  • 3/4 cup Honey
  • 1/3 cup White Vinegar

Instructions

  • Clean and pick cilantro leaves off stems.
  • Place cashews, jalapeños and cilantro in a food processor. Pulse just until combined. Do not purée - you want it chunky. Transfer mixture to a medium bowl.
  • Add honey and vinegar. Mix thoroughly with a spoon. Set aside.
