Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons Rice Wine Vinegar
  • Pinch Tarragon
  • Pinch Kosher Salt
  • Pinch freshly ground Black Pepper
  • 1 tablespoon granulated Sugar
  • 1/2 cup thinly sliced Red Onion

Instructions

  • In a small bowl, whisk together vinegar, tarragon, salt, pepper and sugar until combined.
  • Add sliced onions.
  • Store, covered, in the refrigerator, for at least 2 hours before use, to allow the onions to pickle.
