Uncle Julio's Mango Passion Purée Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 large ripe Mango peeled and diced (if you're using a smaller varietal, use 2)
  • 1 cup Passion Fruit Nectar

Instructions

  • Place both ingredients in a blender.
  • Purée until smooth.
  • Strain into a sealable container or jar.
  • Store, tightly sealed, in the refrigerator, until ready to serve, up to a week.
