Ingredients

  • Nonstick Spray
  • 3 tablespoons Vegetable Oil
  • 1 tablespoons prepared White Horseradish
  • 1 tablespoons Soy Sauce
  • 1 small clove Garlic minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon coarsely ground Black Pepper to taste
  • Six 1-inch thick Salmon Fillets or Steaks
  • Outback Steakhouse Dipping Sauce (See Box Below for Recipe)

Instructions

  • Generously spray grill grates with nonstick spray.
  • Heat grill to medium high heat.
  • In a small bowl, add oil, horseradish, soy sauce, garlic, salt and pepper. Whisk to mix well.
  • Brush mixture over both sides of salmon.
  • Place salmon on grill over medium high heat. Grill for about 4 minutes each side or until just opaque in center.
  • Serve with Outback Steakhouse Dipping Sauce (See Box Below for Recipe).
