Ingredients

  • One 10.75-ounce can Campbell's Golden Mushroom Soup
  • 1 small can Sliced Mushrooms
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 pound Ground Beef or Chuck
  • 1/2 teaspoon Accent Flavor Enhancer
  • 1/2 teaspoon Lawry's Seasoned Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground Black Pepper
  • 4 slices Swiss Cheese
  • Mayonnaise as needed

Instructions

  • In a medium bowl add mushroom soup, mushrooms and Worcestershire sauce. Mix well.
  • Place mixture in a small sauce pan. Place over low heat. Bring to a simmer.
  • Place ground beef or chuck into a medium bowl.
  • Add Accent, seasoned salt and black pepper. Mix into the hamburger.
  • Form ground beef or chuck into 4 patties.
  • Lightly grease the grates of an outdoor grill. Heat to medium-high heat.
  • Place the beef patties on the grill and cook for about 5 minutes per side. Burgers are done when the internal temperature has reaches at least 165°F.
  • Alternately, fry burgers in a skillet over medium high heat for 4 - 5 minutes per side until done to at least 165°F.
  • Place each patty onto a bun bottom.
  • Add a slice of Swiss cheese.
  • Spoon mushroom sauce over.
  • Spread mayonnaise on top bun, place on burger and serve hot.
