Ingredients

Nachos Chips

  • Three 6-inch Flour Tortillas
  • Cooking Spray
  • 2 tablespoons Sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon

Dessertf Toppings

  • Vanilla Ice Cream store bought or homemade
  • Whipped Cream store bought or homemade
  • Pecans or other Nuts of choice
  • Chocolate Syrup store bought or homemade
  • Caramel Syrup store bought or homemade
  • Cocktail Cherries

Instructions

Nachos Chips

  • Preheat oven to 350°F.
  • Cut each tortilla into 8 triangles.
  • Lay the tortilla triangles out on a baking sheet. Spray the tortilla triangles with cooking spray, coating well.
  • In a small bowl, add sugar and cinnamon. Stir well to mix.
  • Sprinkle sugar-cinnamon mixture over the tortilla triangles.
  • Place in preheated oven. Bake for 12 minutes, or until crisp.

Dessert Nachos Dish

  • Arrange prepared sugar cinnamon chips on individual plates or one big platter.
  • Top with small scoops of ice cream.
  • Dollop with whipped cream.
  • Sprinkle with nuts.
  • Drizzle with chocolate and caramel sauces.
  • Add a cherry to the middle of each plate.
  • Serve immediately.
