- 1 1/4 cups Bisquick Mix
- 1 Egg
- 2/3 cup Milk
- 2 tablespoons Vegetable Oil
- 1 cup Fresh Blueberries
- Blueberry Pie Filling Maple Syrup or Powdered Sugar, to serve, if desired
- Sliced fresh Strawberries and additional fresh Blueberries to serve, if desired
In medium bowl, add Bisquick mix, egg, milk and oil. Mix with fork or whisk until blended.
Gently fold in 1 cup fresh blueberries.
Grease griddle or skillet with vegetable oil or spray with cooking spray, if necessary.
Heat griddle or skillet over medium-high heat.
Pour about 1/4 cup batter onto hot griddle. Pour more pancakes if space permits. Cook until edges are dry and bubbles form on top. Turn and cook other side until golden brown.
Remove from griddle or skillet to a plate and keep warm.
Repeat until all batter is used.
Serve pancakes with blueberry pie filling, syrup or powdered sugar. Top with strawberries and additional blueberries.
