Ingredients

  • 1 large Jalapeno seeded and diced
  • 1/4 cup Cilantro
  • 1 tablespoon Tabasco Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Garlic chopped
  • 1/4 cup Chipotle Pepper
  • 1/4 cup Red Wine Vinegar
  • 1 quart Mayonnaise

Instructions

  • Using a hand held mixer, puree all the ingredients together.
  • May be done in advance. Store in a tightly sealed container in the refrigerator for up to a week.
