Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed Lemon Juice
  • 1 teaspoon freshly squeezed Lime Juice
  • 1 teaspoon freshly squeezed Orange Juice
  • 2 tablespoons roughly chopped Cilantro
  • 1 tablespoon Honey
  • 1 tablespoon minced Shallot
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon Kosher Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground Black Pepper
  • 1/2 cup Olive Oil Blend (Find Olive Oil Blends at your favorite supermarket or make your own by combining 1/4 cup Olive Oil with 3/4 cup Vegetable Oil.)

Instructions

  • In a medium bowl, add all ingredients except olive oil blend. Whisk together.
  • Slowly whisk in olive oil blend.
  • Taste for seasoning.
  • May be made ahead. Store in a sealed container, in the refrigerator, for up to 1 week.
