Ingredients
One 2 - 3-pound Beef Roast
cut of choice

Baby Carrots
1/2
pound
Baby Red Potatoes
cut into chunks
One 2/3-ounce package Italian Salad Dressing Mix
One 1-ounce package Ranch Dressing Mix
One 1 1/4-ounce package Mushroom Gravy Mix

Water
Instructions
Place the roast in the center of a slow cooker.
Arrange carrots and potatoes around the sides.
In a small bowl, combine dry mixes. Sprinkle over the roast.
Pour water around the sides.
Cover and cook on low for 8 - 10 hours.
Place roast on a work surface. Using a fork, shred roast.
Pile shredded beef in the middle of a large serving bowl.
Arrange carrots and potatoes around the sides.
Spoon a bit of the remaining juice in the slow cooker into the bowl, if desired.
Serve hot.
