Ingredients

  • One 2 - 3-pound Beef Roast cut of choice
  • 1 cup Baby Carrots
  • 1/2 pound Baby Red Potatoes cut into chunks
  • One 2/3-ounce package Italian Salad Dressing Mix
  • One 1-ounce package Ranch Dressing Mix
  • One 1 1/4-ounce package Mushroom Gravy Mix
  • 1 cup Water

Instructions

  • Place the roast in the center of a slow cooker.
  • Arrange carrots and potatoes around the sides.
  • In a small bowl, combine dry mixes. Sprinkle over the roast.
  • Pour water around the sides.
  • Cover and cook on low for 8 - 10 hours.
  • Place roast on a work surface. Using a fork, shred roast.
  • Pile shredded beef in the middle of a large serving bowl.
  • Arrange carrots and potatoes around the sides.
  • Spoon a bit of the remaining juice in the slow cooker into the bowl, if desired.
  • Serve hot.
