Ingredients

  • 2 teaspoons finely chopped Shallots
  • 1 inch piece Ginger peeled and grated
  • 1 clove Garlic peeled and crushed
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons Rice Wine Vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Tomato Ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • 3 1/2 ounces Vegetable Oil
  • 3 tablespoons Light Soy Sauce

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients in a bowl or large jar. Whisk together or shake well until mixture is smooth.
  • Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Shake or whisk just before using.
