Ingredients

  • One 9-inch 2 Crust Pie Crust, store-bought or homemade

Filling

  • 6 cups thinly sliced, peeled Apples
  • 3/4 cup Sugar
  • 1/4 cup Flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 tablespoons Butter

Toppings

  • 1/3 cup Kraft Caramel Topping
  • 2 - 4 tablespoons chopped Pecans

Instructions

  • Prepare pie crust according to recipe or package directions for two-crust pie. Set aside.
  • Preheat oven to 425°F.
  • In large bowl, combine apples, sugar, flour and salt. Toss lightly to mix and cover apples.
  • Spoon apple mixture into pie crust.
  • Cut butter into thin pieces. Dot top of pie with butter.
  • Top pie with second crust and flute. Cut slits in several places.
  • Place in preheated oven. Bake for 35 to 45 minutes or until apples are tender.
  • Remove pie from oven. Immediately drizzle with caramel topping. Sprinkle with nuts.
  • Serve warm or chilled.
