Ingredients

  • 1 family pack Chicken Wings

Breading

  • 1 cup All Purpose Flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt

To Serve

  • Ranch Dressing
  • Quaker Steak & Lube Golden Garlic Wing Sauce, store bought or homemade (Recipe below)

Instructions

  • Prepare Quaker Steak & Lube Golden Garlic Sauce according to recipe below, if making at home. Store in a tightly sealed container, in the refrigerator, until ready to use.
  • In a small bowl, add flour, paprika, cayenne pepper and salt. Mix well.
  • Place chicken wings in a large nonporous glass dish or bowl.
  • Sprinkle flour mixture over wings. Toss until they are evenly coated.
  • Cover. Place in refrigerator and chill for 60 to 90 minutes.
  • Pour oil into a large deep fryer or Dutch oven. Oil should be just enough to cover wings entirely, an inch or so deep.
  • Heat oil to 375°F.
  • Place wings, a few at a time, if necessary, into the hot oil. Do not crowd.
  • Fry wings in hot oil for 10 to 15 minutes, or until parts of wings begin to turn brown. Make sure internal temperature of wings is at least 165°F on an instant read thermometer.
  • Remove from oil and place on a paper towel-covered plate to drain.
  • Repeat with remain wings, if needed.
  • Place wings in a large mixing bowl. Add sauce to cover and toss to make sure all wings are sauced.
  • Place wings in serving bowl or plate. Serve hot with ranch dressing or other dipping sauces.
