Prepare Quaker Steak & Lube Golden Garlic Sauce according to recipe below, if making at home. Store in a tightly sealed container, in the refrigerator, until ready to use.
In a small bowl, add flour, paprika, cayenne pepper and salt. Mix well.
Place chicken wings in a large nonporous glass dish or bowl.
Sprinkle flour mixture over wings. Toss until they are evenly coated.
Cover. Place in refrigerator and chill for 60 to 90 minutes.
Pour oil into a large deep fryer or Dutch oven. Oil should be just enough to cover wings entirely, an inch or so deep.
Heat oil to 375°F.
Place wings, a few at a time, if necessary, into the hot oil. Do not crowd.
Fry wings in hot oil for 10 to 15 minutes, or until parts of wings begin to turn brown. Make sure internal temperature of wings is at least 165°F on an instant read thermometer.
Remove from oil and place on a paper towel-covered plate to drain.
Repeat with remain wings, if needed.
Place wings in a large mixing bowl. Add sauce to cover and toss to make sure all wings are sauced.
Place wings in serving bowl or plate. Serve hot with ranch dressing or other dipping sauces.
