Ingredients

  • 2 ounces Botanist Gin
  • Juice from 2 Lemon Wedges (about 1 ounce Juice), reserve wedges, for garish
  • 1 ounce freshly squeezed Orange Juice
  • 1/4 to 1/2 ounce Simple Syrup to taste

Instructions

  • To an ice-filled shaker, add all the ingredients, except lemon skins. Shake until well-chilled.
  • Strain into an ice-filled Rocks or other glass.
  • Garnish with spent lemon wedges, tossed into glass.
  • Serve.
