Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 ounces Herradura Silver Tequila or other 100% Agave Tequila of choice
  • 1/2 ounce Aperol
  • 1/2 ounce freshly squeezed Blood Orange Juice
  • 1/2 ounce freshly squeezed Lime Juice
  • 1 ounce Simple syrup
  • 2 dashes Fee Brothers Rhubarb Bitters
  • 1 Blood Orange Slice to garnish

Instructions

  • To an ice-filled shaker, add all the ingredients, except blood orange slice. Shake until well-chilled.
  • Strain into a Coupe, Martini, Rocks, Nick & Nora or other glass.
  • Float the blood orange slice on top, to garnish.
  • Serve.
