Ingredients

  • 2 ounces Vanilla Vodka
  • 1 ounce fresh-pressed Pineapple Juice
  • 1/2 ounce Chambord Liqueur

Instructions

  • To an ice-filled shaker, add vodka and pineapple juice. Shake until well-chilled.
  • Strain into an ice-filled Martini or Coupe glass.
  • Slowly pour Chambord straight into the middle of the cocktail, so that it sinks to the bottom and creates the layered cocktail-look, as in the photo above.
  • Serve with a stirrer, to mix the drink (skewering a cherry or an orange peel, if you wish).
