Ingredients

  • 4 teaspoons Hibachi Cooking Oil Soybean Oil or Vegetable Oil
  • 4 boneless Sirloin Steaks or NY Strip Steaks about 1-inch thick, cut into bite sized cubes
  • 8 large Mushrooms sliced vertically
  • 4 tablespoons freshly squeezed Lemon Juice
  • Salt and freshly ground Black Pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Heat non-stick skillet (if electric, set to 425°F).
  • Add oil to heated skillet.
  • Place steak and mushrooms in skillet. Sprinkle with lemon juice.
  • Cook, flipping pieces to cook evenly, to desired doneness (See Box Below).
  • Season with salt and pepper, if desired.
