- 4 teaspoons Hibachi Cooking Oil Soybean Oil or Vegetable Oil
- 4 boneless Sirloin Steaks or NY Strip Steaks about 1-inch thick, cut into bite sized cubes
- 8 large Mushrooms sliced vertically
- 4 tablespoons freshly squeezed Lemon Juice
- Salt and freshly ground Black Pepper to taste
Heat non-stick skillet (if electric, set to 425°F).
Add oil to heated skillet.
Place steak and mushrooms in skillet. Sprinkle with lemon juice.
Cook, flipping pieces to cook evenly, to desired doneness (See Box Below).
