Ingredients

  • 6 large Onion Buns
  • Fresh Iceberg Lettuce thinly shredded, as needed
  • 2 pounds Ground Beef, formed into Six 1/3-pound Patties
  • Red Robin Seasoning (See Box Below for a Link to Our Red Robin Seasoning Recipe)
  • 12 tablespoons Heinz 57 Sauce (See Box Below for a Link to Our Heinz 57 Sauce Recipe)
  • 16 ounces Bleu Cheese Crumbles
  • 6 - 12 fresh Tomato Slices
  • Chipotle Mayonnaise, as needed (See Box Below for this Recipe)
  • Onion Straws, as needed (See Box Below for a Link to Our Applebee's Onion Straws Recipe)

Instructions

  • Season hamburger patties with Red Robin seasoning.
  • Oil grill grates and build a hot fire.
  • Place patties on the grill and cook to a minimum internal temperature of 165°F.
  • Remove patties from grill to a plate.
  • Brush each patty with 2 tablespoons Heinz 57 Sauce.
  • Add bleu cheese crumbles to each patty.
  • Place back on grill for about 2 minutes to lightly melt the cheese.
  • Toast buns on grill to a golden brown.
  • Spread chipotle mayonnaise on both sides of the buns.
  • On the bottom buns, place a handful of fried onion straws. Top with prepared burger patties, sliced tomatoes and shredded lettuce.
  • Cover with the top bun.
