Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups Mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup Water
  • 2 clove Garlic finely minced
  • 2 teaspoons Hot Sauce of choice
  • 1 tablespoon Rice Wine Vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Sea Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Ketchup
  • 1 teaspoon Dry Mustard
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon White Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Toasted Sesame Seeds
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground Ginger

Instructions

  • Combine mayonnaise and water in a medium mixing bowl. Whisk to combine.
  • Add garlic, hot sauce, vinegar, sugar, salt, ketchup, dry mustard, paprika, pepper, sesame seeds and ginger. Whisk until well mixed.
  • Store in a tightly covered container, in the refrigerator, overnight to all the flavors to meld.
