Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Crunchy Peanut Butter
  • 7 tablespoons Hoisin Sauce
  • 5 tablespoons Mirin Cooking Wine
  • 2 1/2 tablespoons Rice Vinegar
  • 2 1/2 tablespoons Sweet Chile Sauce
  • 2 1/2 tablespoons Ginger Juice
  • 2 tablespoons Molasses
  • 2 tablespoons Sriracha Hot Sauce
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons Soy Sauce
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons Garlic
  • Juice from 1 Lemon

Instructions

  • In a sauté pan, add all ingredients. Stir to mix well.
  • Place pan over low heat and bring to a simmer.
  • Stir and cook until thickened.
  • Store in a tightly sealed container, in the refrigerator, until ready to use, up to a week.
