- 1/2 cup Crunchy Peanut Butter
- 7 tablespoons Hoisin Sauce
- 5 tablespoons Mirin Cooking Wine
- 2 1/2 tablespoons Rice Vinegar
- 2 1/2 tablespoons Sweet Chile Sauce
- 2 1/2 tablespoons Ginger Juice
- 2 tablespoons Molasses
- 2 tablespoons Sriracha Hot Sauce
- 1 1/2 tablespoons Soy Sauce
- 1 1/2 tablespoons Garlic
- Juice from 1 Lemon
In a sauté pan, add all ingredients. Stir to mix well.
Place pan over low heat and bring to a simmer.
Stir and cook until thickened.
Store in a tightly sealed container, in the refrigerator, until ready to use, up to a week.
