- 2 medium grilled boneless, skinless Chicken Breasts thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup Red Robin Honey Mustard Vinaigrette (See Box Below for a Link to our Recipe)
- 1 large head Romaine Lettuce, chopped bite size, or 1 bag Hearts of Romaine
- 1/2 cup Red Onion thinly sliced
- 2 Red Apples cored and thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup Blue Cheese Crumbles
- 1 cup Maple-Glazed Walnuts store bought or homemade
Cook chicken to your liking. Slice and set aside.
Prepare Red Robin Honey Mustard Vinaigrette according to the recipe linked to in the Box below. Set aside.
In a large mixing bowl, add lettuce, onion, apples, walnuts, and blue cheese (Reserve a few apple slices and bits of cheese for garnish). Toss to combine.
Add enough Red Robin Honey Mustard Vinaigrette to lightly coat.
Spoon tossed salad onto a large serving plate or individual serving dishes.
Place sliced chicken breasts on top.
Sprinkle with reserved blue cheese crumbles and lay the reserved apple slices decoratively around the sides.
