Ingredients

  • 2 ounces Appleton Estates Rum
  • 2 ounces Coconut Cream
  • 3 ounces Pineapple Juice
  • 3 ounces Orange Juice
  • Dash Nutmeg to top

Instructions

  • To an ice-filled shaker, add all the ingredients, except nutmeg. Shake until well-chilled.
  • Strain into an ice-filled Rocks, Tiki or other glass.
  • Top with a dash of nutmeg.
  • Serve cold.
I left off the Nutmeg. I'm not a fan. The drink was just fine without it. -- Mark
