Prepare Noodles & Company Balsamic Glaze according to recipe below. (See Recipe and Plan Accordingly - Glaze needs to cool completely before using)
Place as much spinach as you will be serving, about 1/4 of the bag per salad, less or more, if you like, in a large bowl.
Add croutons and onions. Again adjust the amounts for the number so salads you wish to make. Toss a bit to mix.
Add Balsamic Vinaigrette, to taste. Toss to mix well.
Place spinach mixture in serving bowls.
Sprinkle bacon pieces, pecans, blue cheese and strawberries over each salad, to taste. Drizzle with prepared Noodles & Company Balsamic Glaze, to taste
Serve immediately.
Store unused ingredients in tightly covered or sealed containers, in the refrigerator, until ready to use again, up to 3 days.
