- 1 Glass crushed Ice
- 1 1/2 ounces Peach Nectar frozen
- 1 ounces White Wine
- 1/2 ounce Champagne or Sparkling Wine
- 1/2 ounce Peach Schnapps
- 1/2 ounce Light Rum
- 2 ounces Red Wine or Italian Sangria
- 1/4 ounce Grenadine
- Fresh Peaches peeled and cut into wedges, or canned Peach Wedges, for garnish
Fill a tall serving glass with crushed ice. Pour ice into blender.
Add peach nectar, white wine, Champagne, peach schnapps and rum. Blend until smooth.
In a mixing cup or glass, combine red wine or sangria with grenadine.
Pour a small dollop of frozen peach mixture into serving glass you filled earlier with ice.
Top with a small bit of red wine mixture.
Pour another peach mixture dollop in and again top with red wine mixture.
Continue, alternating each, until you have filled the glass, ending with the peach mixture.
Throw in a peach wedge or two, for garnish.
Serve immediately.
