Ingredients

  • 1 ounce Silver Rum
  • 1 ounce Dark Rum (Jamaican Aged Blended Rum preferred)
  • 1 1/2 ounce fresh pressed Pineapple Juice
  • 1/2 ounce freshly squeezed Lime Juice
  • 1/4 ounce Grenadine
  • 1/8 ounce Orange Curacao
  • 1 Fruit Stick for garnish
  • 1 sprig Mint for garnish

Instructions

  • To an ice-filled shaker, add all the ingredients, except fruit stick and mint. Shake until well-chilled.
  • Strain into a crushed ice-filled Tiki Mug or other large glass.
  • Garnish with a fruit stick and mint sprig
  • Serve.
