Ingredients

  • 1 ounce Light Rum
  • 1 ounce Dark Rum
  • 1 ounce 151 Proof Rum
  • 1/4 ounce freshly squeezed Lime Juice 1 squeezed lime half reserved, to garnish
  • 1/4 ounce Simple Syrup
  • Dash Angostura bitters
  • 1 sprig Mint for garnish

Instructions

  • To an ice-filled shaker, add all the ingredients, except mint and squeezed lime half. Shake until well-chilled.
  • Strain into a crushed ice-filled Highball, Rocks, Tiki or other glass.
  • Garnish with squeezed lime half and mint sprig.
  • Serve.
