Ingredients

  • Four 18-ounce Bone-In Ribeye Steaks
  • 3 tablespoons Salt
  • 1 tablespoon freshly ground Black Pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon granulated Onion Powder
  • 1 tablespoon granulated Garlic Powder

Instructions

LongHorn Steakhouse recommends a char-grill for bone-in steak, like their Outlaw Ribeye.

  • If grilling outdoors, clean and spray oil your grill. Heat to 550°F.
  • If grilling indoors, preheat sauté pan or indoor grill to high heat.
  • Season steaks with salt, pepper, granulated onion powder and granulated garlic powder. Use your hand to rub seasoning in. Don't forget to season both sides.
  • Place seasoned steaks on grill.
  • Grill to your desired degree of doneness (See Box Below). Make quarter turns to get diamond marks.
  • Remove steaks from grill.
  • Serve hot.
