Ingredients

  • 5 large raw Shrimp, peeled, deveined and tails removed
  • 2 tablespoons Soy Sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Sesame Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Butter
  • 1 tablespoon freshly squeezed Lemon Juice
  • 1 dash Salt to taste
  • 1 dash freshly ground Black Pepper to taste
  • Benihana Magic Mustard Dipping Sauce and other Dipping Sauces (Recipe Links in Box Below)

Instructions

  • Heat a griddle as hot as you can get it.
  • Pour sesame oil on and let it heat until it just begins to smoke.
  • Place shrimp on griddle. Sauté about 3 minutes on each side.
  • Add garlic butter and continue to cook for 1 to 2 minutes longer, or until slightly browned on each side.
  • Sprinkle salt and pepper, to taste.
  • Sprinkle lemon juice over the shrimp.
  • Remove from griddle.
  • Serve hot.
