- 1/2 cup White Pasta Sauce store bought or homemade (Recipe Below)
- 2 - 3 cups Pipette or Elbow Macaroni
- 2 cups Cheddar Cheese shredded
- 1/2 cup Velveeta Cheese shredded
- Salt and freshly ground Black Pepper to taste
Prepare White Pasta Sauce, if making at home.
Prepare pasta according to package directions. Drain. Set aside.
Place cooking pot back on stove and add store bought or homemade white sauce.
Add cheeses, a little at a time, and stir for another few seconds to melt the cheese before adding next batch.
When all cheese is added and melted, add the macaroni to the sauce. Stir to incorporate and cook just to heat through.
Taste. Add salt and pepper, to taste.
Serve hot in a bowl with more shredded cheese.
