Ingredients

  • 1 bag Fresh Kale cut into bite-size pieces
  • 1/2 Granny Smith Apple cut into bite-size pieces
  • 1/4 cup Dried Cranberries
  • 1/4 cup slivered or chopped Almonds
  • 1/2 cup cooked Green Beans cut into 1-inch pieces
  • Black Pepper Dressing (Recipe Below)

Instructions

  • Prepare Cheesecake Factory Black Pepper Dressing according to recipe below.
  • Place as much fresh kale as you like into a salad bowl.
  • Scatter apple pieces, cranberries, almonds and green beans over kale.
  • Pour Cheesecake Factory Black Pepper Dressing over salad or serve along side.
  • Serve cold.
