Line 2 - 3 cookie sheets with parchment paper. Set aside.
Preheat oven to 375°F.
In a mixing bowl, cream together butter, sugar and brown sugar. Add egg and vanilla, Mix well.
In a separate bowl, combine flour, baking soda and salt. Mix well.
Add flour mixture to creamed mixture. Mix well.
Stir in oats. Mix.
Add corn flakes, coconut, and raisins. Mix well.
Shape into 1 1/2-inch balls.
Place cookie balls on parchment paper lined cookie sheets, about 2 inches apart. Flatten each cookie dough ball with the bottom of a glass dipped lightly in flour.
Place cookie sheets in preheated oven and bake for about 8 to 10 minutes or until lightly browned.
Remove from oven and allow to cool on the cookie sheet.
Remove to a sealable container.
