Ingredients

  • 3/4 ounce Jameson Irish Whiskey
  • 3/4 ounce Peach Schnapps
  • 2 ounces Fresh Pressed Pineapple Juice
  • 1/4 Grenadine
  • Lemon Twist to garnish

Instructions

  • To an ice-filled shaker, add whiskey, schnapps and juice. Shake until well-chilled.
  • Strain into an ice-filled Martini, Coupe, Nick & Nora or other glass.
  • Slowly pour grenadine down the center of the drink so that it pools in the bottom.
  • Garnish with lemon twist.
  • Serve with a cocktail stirrer.
