Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 ounce Cruzan Rum or other White or light-flavored Rum
  • 3/4 ounce Cointreau or Triple-Sec
  • 1/2 ounce Pomegranate Syrup or Grenadine
  • 3/4 ounce freshly squeezed Orange Juice
  • 3/4 ounce fresh pressed Pineapple Juice
  • 1/2 ounce Sweet & Sour Mix store bought or homemade
  • 1 Lime Wedge (by one account) and/or a Pineapple Wedge and Pineapple Leaf (by another) to garnish

Instructions

  • To an ice-filled shaker, add all the ingredients, except lime wedge. Shake until well-chilled.
  • Strain into a tall ice-filled glass, such as a Hurricane Glass, large Beer Glass or Red Solo Cup, depending on the type party you are hosting.
  • Garnish with a lime wedge and/or a pineapple wedge and pineapple leaf, your choice (Yeah, I thought I had a lime wedge. Oh well...) and serve with a straw.
