Equipment

  • 1 Martini, Coupe or Nick & Nora Cocktail Glass

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 ounces Vodka
  • 1/2 ounce St. Germain Elderflower Liqueur
  • 2 ounces Lychee Purée or heavy syrup from can of Lychees (if using heavy syrup, omit simple syrup - or add to taste)
  • 1/2 ounce Fresh Pressed Pineapple Juice
  • 1/2 ounce Simple Syrup
  • 1 canned peeled Lychee fruit to garnish

Instructions

  • Add all the ingredients, except lychee fruit to be used for garnish, to an ice-filled cocktail shaker. Shake until well-chilled.
  • Strain into a Martini, Coupe or Nick & Nora Cocktail Glass.
  • Garnish with lychee fruit, either into the bottom of the glass or on a cocktail skewer.
