Ingredients

  • 7 ounces Fettuccine Pasta
  • 1 1/2 ounces Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon chopped Garlic
  • 1/2 pound Chicken Breast grilled, sliced
  • 6 ounces Alfredo Sauce, store bought or homemade (Use Bravo! Italian Kitchen's Alfredo Sauce Recipe or one of the other Restaurant Alfredo Sauce Recipes we have here on Secret Copycat Restaurant Recipes - See the box below this recipe for links.)
  • 2 ounces Heavy Cream
  • 2 ounces grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 2 tablespoons Unsalted Butter
  • Salt and freshly ground Black Pepper to taste
  • 2 ounces fresh Baby Spinach
  • Additional grated Parmesan Cheese to serve

Instructions

  • Prepare pasta according to package directions. Drain. Set aside.
  • Add oil to a large skillet.
  • Place skillet over medium heat and heat until oil is shimmering.
  • Add chopped garlic. Sauté for about 20 seconds.
  • Add chicken, Alfredo sauce, heavy cream and Parmesan cheese. Stir and heat through.
  • Add butter, salt and pepper to taste.
  • Add cooked Fettuccine and spinach. Stir to combine. Cook to lightly wilt spinach.
  • Divide onto serving plates. Garnish with additional Parmesan cheese, if desired.
