In a large pot or deep fryer, heat oil to 365°F.
Add eggs, milk, onion, bell pepper, conch meat thyme and parley to a large mixing bowl. Mix well.
In another mixing bowl, add bread crumbs, flour, salt and pepper and baking powder. Mix well.
Pour bread crumb mixture into conch mixture. Mix very well to a nice stiff batter.
Using a tablespoon or scoop, drop a few dollops of batter into hot oil. Do not crowd.
Fry until golden brown, about 90 seconds.
Remove from oil with a spider-strainer, slotted spoon or tongs. Place on a paper towel-covered plate to drain.
Repeat until all batter is used.
Serve with lime wedges, Bahama Breeze Spicy Conch Dipping Sauce and Bahama Breeze Citrus Mustard Dipping Sauce.
