Great Harvest Bread Company Sherry Dijon Dressing Recipe

This will make more than you need for the salad. Store leftovers in a jar with a tight fitting lid in the refrigerator for up to one week. Shake well before using.

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon Dijon Mustard
  • 1 clove Garlic minced
  • 1/3 cup Red Wine or Sherry Vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons Honey
  • 1 cup Olive Oil
  • 2 teaspoons chopped fresh Thyme
  • Salt and freshly ground Black Pepper to taste

Instructions

  • In a small mixing bowl, combine mustard, vinegar and honey. Whisk to mix well.
  • Slowly drizzle in olive oil while whisking to emulsify fully.
  • Add thyme. Mix.
  • Taste. Add salt and pepper, to taste.
  • Store in a tightly sealed container, in the refrigerator, until ready to serve. Shake well before using.
