Great Harvest Bread Company Sherry Dijon Dressing Recipe
This will make more than you need for the salad. Store leftovers in a jar with a tight fitting lid in the refrigerator for up to one week. Shake well before using.

- 1 tablespoon Dijon Mustard
- 1 clove Garlic minced
- 1/3 cup Red Wine or Sherry Vinegar
- 2 teaspoons Honey
- 1 cup Olive Oil
- 2 teaspoons chopped fresh Thyme
- Salt and freshly ground Black Pepper to taste
In a small mixing bowl, combine mustard, vinegar and honey. Whisk to mix well.
Slowly drizzle in olive oil while whisking to emulsify fully.
Add thyme. Mix.
Taste. Add salt and pepper, to taste.
Store in a tightly sealed container, in the refrigerator, until ready to serve. Shake well before using.
