Prepare Bahama Breeze Coconut Créme Anglaise according to recipe below, allowing time to chill.
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Toss 3 tablespoons melted butter with the Cuban bread cubes.
Place cubes on a sheet pan.
Place pan in oven. Toast until golden. Remove from oven and turn oven down to 300°F.
Brush a medium-sized casserole dish with 1 tablespoon of melted butter.
Add toasted bread cubes, spreading to cover bottom evenly.
Mix all the remaining ingredients, including remaining butter, together. Pour mixture over the bread cubes. Press down on the bread cubes until they absorb most of the liquid.
Place in 300°F oven and bake for 1 hour or until firm in the center.
Serve warm with Vanilla Ice Cream and Bahama Breeze Coconut Créme Anglaise to pour over.
