Captain D's Russian Dressing Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons Ketchup
  • 2 tablespoons Mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon Mustard
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped Gherkin Pickles
  • 1 teaspoon freshly squeezed Lemon Juice
  • Salt and freshly ground Black Pepper to taste

Instructions

  • In a small bowl, whisk together all the dressing ingredients, except salt and pepper.
  • Taste. Add salt and pepper, to taste.
  • Set aside.
