Ingredients

  • 5 pieces of fresh Mint
  • 1 Lime Wedge
  • 1 ounces Simple Syrup
  • 2 ounces Bacardi White Rum or other White Rum
  • Soda Water
  • Squeeze of Lime
  • 2 Lime Wheels

Instructions

  • Place 5 large mint leaves in a martini shaker.
  • Squeeze 1 lime wedge and drop into glass.
  • Add simple syrup. Muddle.
  • Add Bacardi white rum or other white rum.
  • Add about 1/2 - 1 cup crushed ice. Shake to chill.
  • Pack tall glass with crushed ice.
  • Strain cocktail into glass.
  • Top off with soda water.
  • Slip two lime wedges on each side of glass.
  • Garnish with a sprig of mint.
  • Enjoy.
