Ingredients
- 1 ounce Pyrat XO Rum
- 1/2 ounce Wray & Nephew Rum
- 1/2 ounce Salers Aperitif
- 1 1/2 ounces Root Beer Syrup
- 3/4 ounce Lemon Juice
- 2 dashes Boker’s Bitters
- 3 ounces Soda Water
- Root Beer Leaf, cut into a circle, to garnish
Directions
- Add all ingredients except soda into a cocktail shaker. Shake well.
- Put soda into a pilsner glass.
- Double strain cocktail on top of it.
- Add ice, a straw, and garnish with a circle of root beer leaf.
