Ingredients
- 1 Pound Imitation Crab Meat shredded
- 1 cup diced Celery
- 1/2 cup Buttermilk Ranch Dressing
- 1/4 cup sliced Green Onions including the green part
- 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients.
- Refrigerate for about an hour to allow flavors to blend.
- Serve as either a salad on lettuce or on split croissants.

I was a manager at Golden Corral your recipe is close we did not use eggs ( people with allergies)
and you have to use Buttermilk ranch dressing follow these instructions and you will have the EXACT recipe
