Make our Baileys Original Irish Cream Secret Recipe at home for your next party or for your evening coffee drinks. With our Secret Restaurant Recipe your Irish Cream will taste just like Bailey’s Original.
Feel free to substitute heavy cream (for a richer, fuller taste) or skim milk (for less calories) for the Half and Half.

Bailey’s Original Irish Cream
- 1 cup Half and Half
- 1 14-ounce can Sweetened Condensed Milk
- 1 2/3 cups Irish Whiskey
- 1 teaspoon Instant Coffee Granules
- 2 tablespoons Chocolate Syrup
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 1/2 teaspoon Almond Extract
- Heat the Half and Half over medium heat. Add the instant coffee granules and stir until coffee is desolved.
- Combine the Half and Half/coffee mixture, sweetened condensed milk, Irish whiskey, chocolate syrup, vanilla extract and almond extract.
- Pour into a mini blender (Click HERE to pick out your new Mini Blender)
- Blend on high for 20 to 30 seconds.
- Store in a tightly sealed container in the refrigerator. Shake well before serving.
